- Specifically designed for large, mixed-ability classes in secondary schools, this is a four-level course for students in their early teens. The syllabus is structural/functional with constant recycling of material and the approach is based on learning by discovery. The series contains motivating topics related to students' own lives and interests and provides systematic and thorough coverage of language, giving students confidence through familiarity. Easily accessible grammar sections are also included in the Students' Books. The course also provides opportunities for peer teaching and employs pair work to maximize student participation and involvement.
