Let's Talk is a three-level speaking and listening series that takes students from a high-beginning to a high-intermediate level. The Testing Packet contains six complete achievement tests, a Midterm and a Final test for each level. The tests have two parts: a Multiple-choice section and a Speaking section. The Multiple-choice section assesses mastery of vocabulary, language in context, and listening comprehension. The Speaking section measures student progress in the areas of communication, interaction, accuracy, fluency, and pronunciation. The tests are flexible. By choosing only the questions that refer to the unit or units that have most recently been completed, they can be used as several short quizzes rather than as «Mid-term» or «Final» tests.
